The first photo shows Mother holding a basket of grape tomatoes from the garden. The tomato vines seem to have gotten a second breath and are producing another crop. These tomatoes are sweet and delicious. The second photo is of a long banana pepper. It looks like a bell pepper, but it will grow longer and will be suitable for stuffing with a hamburger and rice mixture, or any other mixture, and baking. The third photo is of dwarf zinnias. They are beginning to be a little worse for wear, but are still pretty. The bottom photo is a painterly version of fall crocus that are blooming in front of our house.
